Ayan Island is a 50-acre creative hub combining residential spaces with professional facilities. It includes a gallery, incubation center, workshops, collaborative workspaces, and an open-air theatre. The Centre of Excellence of Council of Architecture, is a dynamic space dedicated to education, innovation, and hands-on experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. VERNACULAR RESIDENCE
A Style of God's Own Country
This project draws inspiration from Kerala's traditional architecture, featuring a central muttram (courtyard), intricate wooden ornamentations, and reflective eggshell flooring. Surrounded by lush gardens and a serene water pond at the back, the upper story boasts a gathering space reminiscent of the grand meeting hall in Padmanabapuram Palace, enhancing traditional living.

A countryside residence blending contemporary design with traditional practices creates a harmonious living space.
